Dr AJ Sherrill has more than twenty five years of experience as a pastor, leading churches in cities such as NYC, LA, and also as lead pastor at Mars Hill Bible Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is now lead pastor at St. Peter's Church in Charleston, South Carolina. He has served as adjunct professor at Fuller Theological Seminary, where he teaches popular courses on transformational preaching and the Enneagram. Sherrill receives many speaking requests to lead Enneagram workshops across the country and is the author of The Enneagram for Spiritual Formation and Being with God.

Dave Ripper is the lead pastor of Crossway Christian Church, a multi-congregational church in Southern New Hampshire, focused on spiritual formation. He earned a doctor of ministry in spiritual direction from Fuller Theological Seminary, and The Martin Institute and Dallas Willard Center at Westmont College. He is author of the forthcoming, Reading Scripture like Dallas Willard (IVP, March 2025), and coauthor of The Fellowship of the Suffering (IVP).

Since 2015, he has also served as the chaplain for the Boston Bruins. Dave and his wife, Erin, a mental health therapist, have three children. They make their home in the woodlands of New England, near Nashua, NH.
