Perry is a native New Englander, born and raised in Connecticut.  He came to New Hampshire to attend college, and never left, falling in love with the mountains, lakes, and roadways that are outlets for his passions of hiking, kayaking, and cycling.  He also fell in love with his wife Katrine while pursuing his passion for flying ultralights and small aircraft, and they were married in 2004 and have two sons, Erich and Bergen.  
A part of the Crossway family since 2014, Perry can be found on any given Sunday playing guitar on the worship team or hosting at any of the Crossway campuses, and together with Kat have led small groups for kids and adults. Kat and Erich are also regulars on the worship team, sharing their musical gifts on the fiddle and drums respectively, while both Erich and Bergen frequently serve on the tech team, helping with audio, video, lights, and slides.
Perry works in the cybersecurity industry, helping define and build software products that protect the email systems and networks of small to medium size businesses. As a family, the Dickaus enjoy long B&B cycling trips, hiking, camping, kayaking, going to the beach, and spending time exploring the New England skies with their powered parachute flying club.
