I have a wonderful support system my husband supports me in everything I do. I have worked in health and human services for more than 12 years. I have two sons, ages 32 and 35—both born on the same day three years apart, and my younger son is on the spectrum. I spent 5 years as a home coach and was promoted to lead staff for 5 years. Then I a accepted a position as assistant director for a life share program supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. I am currently a Choices for Independence case manager, helping clients remain in their homes by securing services to assist with ADLS/IALDS.
I enjoy planning events, organizing meals for Alpha, and supporting Crossways. I began in Kidsway as a greeter before moving to toddlers. I’m passionate about children’s ministry, having grown up in VBS as both a participant and teacher, and I love teaching children that Jesus loves them. My hobbies include scrapbooking, crocheting, needlepoint, crossstitch, and sewing and many more.
