Yoga is a great way to strengthen and stretch the body while quieting and refocusing the mind. Classes are beginner level, flow style class (with variations for those who want more of a challenge) with an intentional focus on Christ. Stay-tuned for more details.

Court Appointed Special Advocates of New Hampshire trains caring, compassionate citizens to advocate for abused and neglected children in New Hampshire's family courts. Your common sense, committment to children, and a contribution of 10-15 hours a month will help ensure a child has the opportunity to grow up in a safe, permanent and loving home.
