CSM needs you! Crossway Student Ministries is always looking for those with a heart for middle and high school students to serve on our team. There's a lot of ways to get involved and they all have a huge impact on the lives of our students. Please check out the listings below and let us know where you'd like to join in the fun!
Connect with students on a weekly basis at our Sunday Night Large Group gathering. Also join us on trips, retreats and other student events throughout the year where you may continue to invest in student’s lives.
If you serve with the Middle School Ministry you can join us early before Large Group to help set-up all the supplies, equipment, and games we use on Sunday nights. And if you serve with the High School Ministry we have a team that tears down and cleans up after High School Large Group. These are essential roles to helping us create a space and environment that is warm, welcoming, and fun for all our students!
Greet students as they arrive each Sunday evening and assist them in completing the check-in process. Additionally you would provide security during services to help create a safe environment for students. Other roles include selling snacks at our Snack Shop and connecting new students to other teenagers or small group leaders.
Have a talent in music? For anyone already serving on the Worship Arts Team on Sunday mornings, if you are passionate about investing in the next generation you can join the Student Ministry Worship Team as a coach to walk alongside and encourage students as they play and lead during Large Group.
Adult Team Members fill the role of Producer at Large Group where you oversee a team of students that run sound, lights, and ProPresenter media for the Sunday evening Large Group services. Training can be provided for those with no experience.
Lead and disciple a group of students. Connect students with one another through encouragement, fellowship, and accountability. This is a highly impactful way to invest in the next generation. We have groups all over Nashua and Milford for middle and high school students.
Open your home for a small group to meet on a regular and consistent basis. If you’re the leader of a group or the parent of a student, this a great way to express generosity and offering a safe and welcoming place for students to gather.
When you're ready, the steps to joining the Student Ministry Team are as follows:
Fill our the Team Member Application provided below (we’ll be in touch with you)
Shadow another leader at Large Group
Start as a team member at Middle or High School Large Group
Work up to Small Group Leader if you’re called to serve in that way
We partner with you along the way, providing training for new team members to learn the various roles. If you have any questions, you can also contact our Student Pastor, Jacob Albrecht!
