• Dave Ripper - Lead Pastor

    Dave received his Master of Divinity from Denver Seminary in 2010, specializing in leadership, spiritual formation, and preaching. Having served as a Campus Pastor, Young Adults Pastor, Student Pastor, Student Ministry Director and in other varying ministry roles, he is overjoyed to be the Lead Pastor at Crossway. Dave founded a chapel program for the Boston Bruins in 2016 and serves as the team’s chaplain. He released his first book (co-authored with Paul Borthwick), The Fellowship of the Suffering: How Hardship Shapes Us for Ministry and Mission (IVP)  in May 2018. Dave is married to his high school sweetheart, Erin, a licensed mental health counselor. They are the proud parents of two young boys, Dallas and Clive (and their yellow lab, Howdy). The Rippers originally hail from Pittsburgh, PA and love to spend their free time hiking, exploring America's National Parks, and hosting dinner parties.

  • Nathan Andris - Executive Pastor

    Nathan Andris grew up on a thousand-acre farm in eastern Illinois where he learned a lot about the value of hard work, faith and family. A graduate of Lincoln Christian College, he felt God’s leading to settle in New Hampshire to help new churches in the area, while pursuing a teaching career in Mathematics. Crossway was the first church the Andris’ attended after arriving in New Hampshire. In July of 2011, Nathan joined the Crossway staff. He loves being outdoors and participating in most sports, especially a pick-up game of basketball. More than anything else, Nathan enjoys spending time with family. Nathan and Andrea have two children, Aidan and Braelyn.

  • Dave Smith - Downtown Campus Pastor

    Born in Chapel Hill NC and raised in Oak Ridge TN, Dave attended the University of Michigan on an ROTC scholarship, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While stationed with the U.S. Army at Ft. Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, Dave came to faith in Christ & was baptized at East 91st Street Christian Church. Feeling God’s call to full time ministry, he began seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois the same month he finished his 4-year army obligation. In the years since receiving his Master of Divinity, Dave has served with several churches & ministries in outreach, missions, church planting, church leadership & church development. Most notably, he is the church planter of Crossway and served as our senior minister for 5 years. Dave & his wife, Nancy, never lost their passion for the northeast and feel blessed beyond measure to return to serve with their church family at Crossway. They love spending time with their children – Katie, Justin, Joshua & his wife Katie, and Amy. Dave also loves to spend time with God and others outdoors. He particularly loves the mountains.

  • Jake Scott - Milford Campus Pastor

    Jake was born in the midwest, but moved out to God's country here in New England in 2009. He married his talented and driven wife, Kristin, in 2006. Jake and Kristin became parents when they felt God call them to adopt a young man from Haiti named Kemly who was three at the time. They also have two little girls, Harper and Macy. Jake has filled a lot of different roles in ministry including youth ministry, children's ministry, adult discipleship, and small groups. In addition, he and his wife planted a church and he was a teaching pastor before coming on staff at Crossway. Jake loves all things sports and will play pick-up just about any sport. His single favorite time of year is March Madness. Jake is passionate, fun-loving and crazy about people. He claims his love language is sarcasm; hang out with Jake to find out if you agree!

  • Andrea Andris - Family Life Pastor

    Andrea graduated from Lincoln Christian College in 2002 majoring in Elementary Education and Bible. One week later she married Nathan and they attended their first service at Crossway Christian Church in July of that same year. Although Andrea found great fulfillment in her past experience in the public schools and as an adjunct English professor at Southern New Hampshire University, she jumped at the chance to join the staff of CrossWay to contribute more fully to God's work in Nashua. Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two children Aidan and Braelyn, reading and connecting in community.

  • Melissa Kosman - Children's Pastor

    Melissa was born and raised in Aurora IL. In 1992, she married Rob, the only man who laughed at her jokes, and in 1994 they moved to Massachusetts. After working in retail management for 20 years, Melissa took time off to start a family in 2002. She discovered a passion for serving in children’s ministry when the Kosman family moved back to Illinois in 2005. Soon after returning to Massachusetts in 2009, they made Crossway their church home. Before joining the Crossway staff, Melissa was a Community Event Manager for the American Cancer Society. Melissa, Rob and their two incredible children, Madeline & Mason, volunteer in ministry across all three Crossway campuses. When not serving at Crossway or in her local community, Melissa enjoys pilates, yoga, running, hiking and Friday night pizza/movie night with her family.

  • Katrina Loff - Service Director - Pond Campus

    Katrina was born and raised in sunny Southern California, moving to New Hampshire in August 2016 with her husband, Graham, and son, Hunter. Katrina has a Masters of Education in Student Affairs from Azusa Pacific University.  She is passionate about working with and serving others, event coordination and volunteer engagement.  Katrina is a lover of all things crafty including scrapbooking, card-making and personalized party decor.  She also enjoys exploring the wonder of the outdoors and looks forward to many more adventures in New England.  From the moment she and her family set foot into the Crossway's lobby, they knew they had found home and feel blessed to be part of this Christ centered community.

  • Katrina Cassady - Service Director - Downtown Campus

    Katrina has worked with children since she was a teenager and loves to serve. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she's lived in Indiana and Massachusetts, and currently resides in Derry, New Hampshire with her husband, Randle, and their teenage daughters, Natalie and Harley. The Cassady's were drawn to Crossway because of its commitment to investing in youth and children, which makes being part of the Kidsway team such a blessing. Katrina loves being a mom to her teenage daughters and, when not driving them around, enjoys reading and crafts.

  • Laurie Davis - Service Director - Milford Campus

    Laurie was born and raised in NH.  She attended college in Rochester, NY where she met her husband Steve.  After living in Rochester for 3 years, they moved to Buffalo, NY and then to NH in 2002.  Since Laurie and Steve grew up serving in their local churches and being involved in various children’s ministries throughout their married life, they wanted the same for their children. Crossway has provided that for their family.  Laurie, Steve and their 5 amazing children - Ryan, Noah, Alyssa, Adyn and Wesley - all serve regularly at Crossway. When the family is not serving in Kidsway, Student Ministries or the Worship/Tech Team, they enjoy spending time playing games, kayaking, biking and going to sporting events.  Laurie and her family started attending Crossway in 2014 and jumped right into helping launch the Milford Campus.  Laurie loves to help kids take next steps for Jesus.

  • Debbie LaFrance - Administrative Assistant

    Debbie attended Bible College in Maine and graduated in 1989 with a degree in Missions and Theology. After graduating, she itinerated throughout New England to raise funds and support for a 1-year missions trip to Paraguay, South America. In Paraguay, Debbie was heavily involved in rural church planting and children's ministry. While there she spent an extensive amount of time with children and also discovered her passion for photography. She returned to New Hampshire, married Rob in 1993, and has stayed active in children's ministries throughout the years. Debbie and Rob have two daughters, Amanda and Nicole, and have been attending Crossway since 2012. Debbie is the owner of Expressions Photography, enjoys photography, traveling and spending time with her family. She is excited to join the Crossway staff and to be part of the children's ministry.

  • Logan Phillips - Worship Arts Pastor

    Logan grew up in Salem Illinois loving sports and music. He attended Lincoln Christian University where he received a bachelors degree in Worship Ministry. While attending LCU, Logan met and fell in love with his wife Victoria. They married and moved to New Hampshire in 2016 just before Logan’s internship with Crossway’s Worship Arts Ministry. Logan accepted the position of Worship Arts Pastor in January 2017. Logan & Victoria love New England and are happy to be here. Some of Logan’s favorite things include coffee, golf, Chinese food, being a foster parent, and date nights with his beautiful wife. Logan also enjoys meeting new people, so stop & introduce yourself; he’d love to meet you

  • Cori Carnahan - Worship Arts Director - Milford Campus

    Cori called Colorado home as she grew up. It was there she came to love Jesus, met her childhood sweetheart and husband, Josh, had her two daughters, and became a lifelong Broncos fan. In 2016, their family relocated to Merrimack, New Hampshire and quickly fell in love with the beauty of the east coast. But it was the warm welcome they received from the wonderful people of Crossway's Milford Campus that made New England truly feel like home. She feels blessed and honored to serve her church family in this capacity. During the week you can find Cori homeschooling her girls, cuddling with her dog, and laughing with her husband. No matter the time of year be sure to ask her how many days until Christmas . . . she always knows!

  • Erin McWhirter - Worship Arts Director - Downtown Campus

    Erin and her husband, Adam, have attended Crossway since 2003. College sweethearts, Erin & Adam met at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating together in 1998. Erin retired from her career as an airline pilot to be a full time mom to their daughters – Alex, Noelle and Megan. Erin brings her amazing vocal talents to Crossway, serving with the Worship Arts Team since 2005. She considers it a privilege and an honor to be part of the Crossway staff. Erin feeds her active, adventurous spirit with outdoor activities such as camping & hiking and by teaching several types of fitness classes.

  • Mike Gagne - Technical Director

    Mike was born and raised in central New Hampshire on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and in the Mountains.  It was here that he gained a love for the outdoors and a passion for technical production. Mike left NH to join the Air Force, but soon came back to New England to be with his girlfriend Rebecca, who he married shortly thereafter.  While serving at Hanscom AFB, they settled in Nashua and began a family raising their two daughters Kristen and Shailah. In 2014, they walked into the Crossway Downtown campus and have been attending and volunteering across multiple areas of the church since. Mike loves spending time with his family, friends and pets especially while outdoors enjoying nature.

  • Deb Rhodes - Office Administrator

    Deb and her husband, Mike, have attended CrossWay since 1996. Prior to starting a family, Deb was an elementary school teacher & then a copy editor for a high tech firm. During her stay-at-home-mom years with her now grown children – Michael, Daniel & Rachel - she held a variety of volunteer & part-time positions before joining the staff at CrossWay in 2007. A native New Englander, Deb enjoys cheering for the Boston Bruins & the New England Patriots, watching great movies, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with family.

  • Riani Martin - Administrative Assistant to the Lead Pastor

    A native South African, Riani graduated from the University of Orange Free State in Bloemfontein and taught high school accounting and typing in South Africa for 14 years. She and her husband, Roan, have two sons, Anthony and Stefan. The Martin family came to the United States in 2004, first living in Maryland for three years and then relocating to Nashua. Riani and Roan have been involved in ministry at Crossway since they began attending in 2011. Riani is an avid archer and loves to travel. She has a passion for cooking, baking and arts & crafts that she enjoys sharing with family & friends.

  • Ann Miles - Bookkeeper

    Having worked in real estate & finance for many years, Ann was the perfect choice to join the Crossway staff in 2011. She began attending Crossway in 2010 and feels she has grown in her faith in a huge way every year since. Ann serves on Crossway’s Board of Directors, and with the Milford Campus Leadership Team; she also leads the Hospitality Team for the Milford Campus, volunteers with the First Impressions Greeter Team, co-leads a small group, and has served with CrossWay’s Global Ministry Teams in Kenya & El Salvador. Ann and her husband, John, currently reside in Amherst, NH, but cherish their time at their home on Newfound Lake with their family. Together they have 4 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 3 grandchildren.

  • Kim Williams - Facilities Project Specialist

    Upon retiring from Northrop Grumman in Connecticut in 2008, Kim and his wife Julia moved to New Hampshire to be nearer to family. They have four married daughters and seven grandchildren. Kim and Julia began attending Crossway in 2008 and in 2009 Kim joined the staff as a volunteer facilities and maintenance person reporting to Pastor Ron. It should be noted that Kim grew up in Katonah, New York and continues to be a loyal Yankees and Giants fan despite Pastor Ron’s occasional needling. With the growth of Crossway and the addition of staff, Kim now reports to Nathan Andris. In his spare time Kim enjoys traveling, vegetable gardening and playing golf.

  • Mark Green

    Mark and his wife Nancy grew up in the midwest but have lived in Nashua since 1988. They were excited to be at Crossway when it launched in 1995. Mark and Nancy are active in Kidsway: Downtown, as well as the Jobs for Life program. Mark has worked in Pharmaceutical R&D throughout his career and currently consults for a number of companies in the Boston area. Mark and Nancy enjoy spending time with their family - Michael & Casey, Nathan & Rachelle and Laura & Travis. In their spare time together, they like to travel or get outdoors - biking, swimming, snowshoeing and gardening.

  • Sam Shankar

    Sam and his wife, Leonie, met through mutual friends from church in India, where they also married and started their family. After their marriage Sam had the opportunity to work in the USA and moved in1999, followed by Leonie in 2000. Sam and Leonie have one son, Joash. In 2012, the Shankars moved to Nashua NH, joining Crossway shortly afterward. Sam and Leonie have passions for Jesus and serving in Crossway ministries. Sam is employed with a cloud-based software company, where he works closely with various public sector departments of states and provinces from both US and Canada. Sam also travels for his work for few days in a month.

  • Andrew Scott

    Raised in Texas, Andrew met his wife Rachel halfway around the world while singing and playing guitar on a street corner in Vienna, Austria. Members of Crossway since 2007 and parents to 7 children, they have served in KidsWay, in Student Ministry and in Small Groups. Professionally, Andrew helped build a financial education company both as an instructor working with clients as well as a senior executive working with leadership of the company. He is now an independent investor with his favorite job being that of ‘Daddy.’ His passion in ministry is helping people realize that the best reason to be a Christian is because it is true. 1 Peter 3:15

  • Andrew Plummer

    Andrew and his wife Kim grew up in New Hampshire where they met in high school through their involvement in music and theater. After graduating Andrew moved to Nashua to attend Daniel Webster College for aviation, which is when he began attending Crossway in 2005. Andrew and Kim serve on the worship team as well as other areas including Kidsway and small groups. Andrew works for a local defense company as an Operations Program Manager and has held various leadership positions over his career in manufacturing.  He and Kim attend the Downtown campus with their four sons Travis, Bentley, Shane, and Levi. In their spare time they love to get outside to the ocean, lakes, and mountains and coach their boys’ soccer and baseball teams. Andrew’s passion is to see lives transformed in the freedom that comes from knowing Christ (2 Corinthians 3:17-18).
